Founded in 2011, Chiltern Design Limited (CDL) has rapidly established itself as the engineer of choice for a large number of developers and contractors alike. Based at the innovative Incuba Business centre in Dunstable Bedfordshire, the company has grown steadily since its inception based on reputation alone, and has maintained a good level of service and output quality. We specialise in Civil and Structural Engineering, Infrastructure design for adoptable (Section 38 and Section 278) works as well as private schemes, Flood Risk, and SUDS design.
Our areas of operation are varied and range from Residential, through Education, to Public/Community projects. We offer a full design and engineering service to our clients from pre-purchase, through to As Built, and are committed to ensuring we deliver cost effective design solutions.
